Increasing the performance of the metal degreasing plant
A DESTA 20.1 operates externally and independently of the metal degreasing plant. It is only connected to your cleaning system through the solvent delivery and return line. This means that it is also possible to use the DESTA 20.1 when the washing plant is shut down. Thereby, cleaning baths could be completely regenerated, e.g. at the weekend or overnight, before the start of the next shift. The degreasing plant can only operate at its optimum under good conditions that are provided by the connection to a DESTA 20.1. Cycle times of the degreasing plant could be reduced and hence productivity increased.
