Quality assurance in surface technology and parts cleaning
The highest achievement in metal degreasing and parts cleaning is the creation of absolutely oil-free surfaces on the parts to be cleaned. Only in this way is subsequent, problem-free further processing (such as galvanizing or hardening) guaranteed. This can only be achieved if the oil content in the solvent used in the metal degreasing unit is always kept as low as possible. The DESTA 20.1 makes this possible thanks to continuous regeneration of the solvent while the degreasing plant is in operation. The DESTA 20.1 runs fully automatically and does not need to be filled, emptied or cleaned. The DESTA 20.1 is connected by way of the internal vapour generator in the degreasing unit to optimize its performance.
